MAGICPOKER POLICY

IOGr B.V. ("we", "us") provides gaming platform and back-end services to licensed operators under an Anjouan B2B licence. This short notice explains, for players visiting operator sites that use our services, how we are involved in handling personal data.
1. What MagicPoker does
We are a B2B technology provider. The operator of the website or app you use is usually the data controller for player accounts and should be your first contact about your personal data.
We may process player data on behalf of operators for platform operation, fraud prevention, payments support, KYC/AML checks, technical support and security.
2. Data we may process
Player identifiers (username, email), account IDs, transaction and wagering history, verification documents (where required by law), IP and device information, and support/chat records.
3. Why data is used
To deliver platform services, process and reconcile payments, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal and licensing obligations, investigate abuse and support operators.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share data only with: the operator (our client), trusted service providers (payment processors, identity/KYC providers, hosting vendors), and regulators or law enforcement when required by law.
5. Security and retention
We use industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. We retain data only as long as necessary for contractual, legal, or regulatory purposes (for example, AML and accounting requirements).
6. Your rights and who to contact
If you are a player and want to exercise rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), please contact the operator first — they are usually the controller.

MagicPoker services are not intended for anyone below the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Operators are expected to use appropriate age and identity controls.
